Bug 682066 - Drop NS_DEFCALL. r=benjamin.

Having NS_DEFCALL around causes problems for clang since it uses
the regpart attribute when deciding template instantiations. In
particular, it would not use the generic method specialization of
nsRunnableMethodTraits.
