Bug 1155214 - Mark nsIBidiKeyboard as builtinclass; r=mrbkap

ContentChild::RecvBidiKeyboardNotify(), perhaps among other code, assumes
the native type implementing this interface, so we must make sure the
interface is builtinclass.
