- http_test.go: comprehensive HTTP proxy tests including CONNECT tunnel, Expect: 100-continue, hop-by-hop stripping, keep-alive, auth, and bad-gateway scenarios. echoServer helper uses a mutex and active dial-retry waitReady to eliminate the data race that caused flaky TestHTTPCONNECTTunnel failures. - socks_test.go: SOCKS4/4a/5 integration tests with the same race-safe echoServerSocks pattern (mutex + waitReady + getAddr). - pool_test.go: exercises copyBuffer/copyThenClose variadic API including zero-source, single-source, multi-source, error paths, and closeAfter semantics.
