Elie Gambache 9b4675b6b4 fix(updater): relaunch AppImage after auto-update on Linux ...

Replace the AppImage in place while the previous FUSE mount still holds
the old inode, then restart with a clean environment so stale APPDIR and
LD_LIBRARY_PATH values cannot prevent the new process from starting.
