Elie Gambache b43f1606ee feat(graalvm): type-safe march with per-platform default (#356) ...

Replace the free-form String `march` DSL property with a `NativeImageMarch`
enum (NATIVE / COMPATIBILITY). When left unset, the plugin now resolves a
per-platform default: COMPATIBILITY (portable baseline for distributed
binaries) everywhere, except macOS on Apple Silicon which defaults to NATIVE —
its armv8-a baseline is already universal across supported Macs, so there is no
portability cost.

Examples migrated to the enum; the -PnativeMarch override is mapped through
NativeImageMarch.valueOf(...).
