- add jvm-c2-pg variant and -PrunJavaHome wiring to pin the run/runRelease fork JVM (jvm-c2 on JDK 26 C2, jvm-graal on GraalVM JIT) without moving the Gradle daemon - run-all.sh: build native images with GraalVM as the current JVM (deterministic toolchain resolution), harden build_native (full per-variant log, exit-code and binary checks), drop the cooldown concept - RESULTS.md + RESULTS.html reports (English) with per-kernel precise figures, peak RAM (incl. Tauri's full WebKit process tree) and app sizes for all 10 variants - AGENTS.md and README rewritten in English; updated playbook (toolchain rule, --rerun-tasks for packaging, multi-process RAM, Xcode/CLT pitfall) - exclude examples/benchmark-demo from GitHub Linguist language stats
