The `app/` directory contains raw unpacked application files (NucleusDemo.exe,
java.exe, elevate.exe) that have the same name across Windows amd64 and arm64
builds. When both are uploaded in a single `gh release upload` batch, GitHub
rejects the second one with HTTP 422 "ReleaseAsset.name already exists".

- Add `!example/build/compose/binaries/**/app/**` exclusion to artifact upload
- Add basename deduplication in publish-release.sh as a safety net
