* Clean up cmdinput

* Remove unused css styles, clicking on textarea will focus back to textarea without closing history

* cleanup logic for activating textarea

* actions buttons should always show, should properly disable inactive views

* clicking actions toggles the view

* remove titlebar spacer, clean up padding

* Make AIChat and HistoryInfo share a common layout

* fix ai chat scroll
