Etienne Cordonnier 4f407de57d uutests: read PATH at runtime ...

The `PATH` constant was set to the value of PATH when the tests were
compiled. This embeds the build environment in the test binaries, which
makes them not reproducible and unusable for testing a binary built
elsewhere. Read it when the tests are run instead, as test_cp.rs already
does in one place.
