Replace the text search in ModeError::render with render_option_value
(the mode as the -m/--mode value) and render_at (an index the caller
tracked). chmod records where each extracted negative mode sat, so a
bad clause gains a caret it previously lost:

    $ chmod -w -r%x file        (before: plain one-line message only)
    chmod: invalid operator (expected +, -, or =, but found %)
     1 │ -w -r%x file
       │      ┬
       │      ╰── expected +, - or = here
