Meihong 02ab9b7075 Change package name as the same as old package names：

1. Change peony-engrampa-menu-plugin to parchives.
2. Change peony-menu-plugin-mate-terminal to peony-open-terminal.
3. Comment the peony-create-link, migrated to peony.
4. Use old watch file, COPYRIGHT only LGPL-3, delete other files.
