Masahiro Yamada e401bfdadd mmc: tmio: remove unneeded variable in tmio_mmc_start_command() 
Pass TMIO_MASK_CMD to tmio_mmc_enable_mmc_irqs() directly,
and remove the variable, irq_mask.
