Jimmy Wang 0ad3bd562b USB: NO_LPM quirk Lenovo USB-C to Ethernet Adapher(RTL8153-04) ...

This device doesn't work well with LPM, losing connectivity intermittently.
Disable LPM to resolve the issue.
