Chuck Lever 5533c4f4b9 svcrdma: Remove svc_rdma_recv_ctxt::rc_pages and ::rc_arg ...

These fields are no longer used.

The size of struct svc_rdma_recv_ctxt is now less than 300 bytes on
x86_64, down from 2440 bytes.
