ccc67ef50b qede: Error recovery process
This patch adds the error recovery process in the qede driver.
The process includes a partial/customized driver unload and load, which
allows it to look like a short suspend period to the kernel while
preserving the net devices' state.

64515dc899 qed: Add infrastructure for error detection and recovery
This patch adds the detection and handling of a parity error ("process kill
event"), including the update of the protocol drivers, and the prevention
of any HW access that will lead to device access towards the host while
recovery is in progress.
It also provides the means for the protocol drivers to trigger a recovery
process on their decision.

Most of the doorbelling entities are outside of the core module.

nowhere. Remove them and use the equivalent values from qed_ll2_tx_dest

3893fc62b1 qed*: Support other classification modes.
Currently, driver supports flow classification to PF
receive queues based on TCP/UDP 4 tuples [src_ip, dst_ip,
src_port, dst_port] only.

This patch enables to configure different flow profiles
[For example - only UDP dest port or src_ip based] on the
adapter so that classification can be done according to
just those fields as well. Although, at a time just one
type of flow configuration is supported due to limited
number of flow profiles available on the device.

For example -

ethtool -N enp7s0f0 flow-type udp4 dst-port 45762 action 2
ethtool -N enp7s0f0 flow-type tcp4 src-ip 192.16.4.10 action 1
