Two new PHY drivers coming here: one for Samsung,
one for OMAP. Both architectures are adding USB3
support to mainline kernel.
The PHY layer now allows us to have mulitple PHYs
of the same type, which is necessary for platforms
which provide more than one USB peripheral port.
There's also a few cleanups here: removal of __dev*
annotations, conversion of a cast to to_delayed_work(),
and mxs-phy learns about ->set_suspend.
This driver uses usb_phy interface to interact with s3c-hsotg. Supports
phy_init and phy_shutdown functions to enable/disable usb phy. Support
will be extended to host controllers and more Samsung SoCs.

Pass an optional device_node pointer in the platform data, which in turn
will be put into a mtd_part_parser_data. This way, code that sets up the
platform devices can pass along the node from DT so that the partitions
can be parsed.
For non-DT boards, this change has no effect.

This patch add support to manage LLI by SW for select phy channels.
There is a HW issue in certain controllers due to which on certain
occassions HW LLI cannot be used on some physical channels. To avoid
the HW issue on a specific phy channel, the phy channel number can be
added to the list of soft_lli_channels and there after all the transfers
on that channel will use software LLI, for peripheral to memory
transfers.
SoftLLI introduces relink overhead, that could impact performace for
certain use cases.
This is based on a previous patch of Narayanan Gopalakrishnan.

DMAC_ICFG[0:2]=SCHNB only allows to count 'multiple of 4' physical
channels so it was ok with platforms having 8 channels but cannot be
used for next versions (with 10 or 14 channels). This patch allows to
provide the number of physical channels for a DMA device via
platform_data, or still rely on SCHNB if platform_data announces 0
channel.

This patch adds new driver of SMSC USB3503 USB 2.0 hub controller with HSIC
upstream connectivity and three USB 2.0 downstream ports. The specification
can be found from 'http://www.smsc.com/index.php?tid=295&pid=325'.
The current version have been tested very basic features switching the modes,
HUB-MODE and STANDBY-MODE.

"A few new features this merge-window. The most important one is
probably, that dma-debug now warns if a dma-handle is not checked with
dma_mapping_error by the device driver. This requires minor changes
to some architectures which make use of dma-debug. Most of these
changes have the respective Acks by the Arch-Maintainers.
Besides that there are updates to the AMD IOMMU driver for refactor
the IOMMU-Groups support and to make sure it does not trigger a
hardware erratum.
The OMAP changes (for which I pulled in a branch from Tony Lindgren's
tree) have a conflict in linux-next with the arm-soc tree. The
conflict is in the file arch/arm/mach-omap2/clock44xx_data.c which is
deleted in the arm-soc tree. It is safe to delete the file too so
solve the conflict. Similar changes are done in the arm-soc tree in
the common clock framework migration. A missing hunk from the patch
in the IOMMU tree will be submitted as a seperate patch when the
merge-window is closed."

The LP855x family devices support the PWM input for the backlight control.
Period of the PWM is configurable in the platform side. Platform
specific functions are unnecessary anymore because generic PWM functions
are used inside the driver.
(PWM input mode)
To set the brightness, new lp855x_pwm_ctrl() is used.
If a PWM device is not allocated, devm_pwm_get() is called.
The PWM consumer name is from the chip name such as 'lp8550' and 'lp8556'.
To get the brightness value, no additional handling is required.
Just the value of 'props.brightness' is returned.
If the PWM driver is not ready while initializing the LP855x driver, it's
OK. The PWM device can be retrieved later, when the brightness value is
changed.
Documentation is updated with an example.

Instead of using cpu_is_omap..() macros in the device driver we
rely on information provided in the platform data.
The only information we need is whether the USB Host module has
a single ULPI bypass control bit for all ports or individual bypass
control bits for each port. OMAP3 REV2.1 and earlier have the former.
