Commit 436d42c61c ("ARM: samsung: move platform_data definitions")
moved the files to the current location but forgot to remove the pointer
to its previous location. Clean it up. While at it also add the header
file protection macros appropriately.

Some fields in platform data structure is never used by boards.
This patch removes these fields and as a result optimizes private
driver structure a bit. Additionally patch removes backligh_power()
callback, so if it will be needed in the future, this feature should
be added as pwm{gpio,etc.}-regulator to the board code or in the DTS.

A patch to break dependency of DaVinci NAND
driver with mach-davinci. Required for reuse
of driver on other platforms (keystone).

ARM: davinci: aemif: get rid of davinci-nand driver dependency on aemif
Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>
The problem that the set timings code contains the call of Davinci
platform function davinci_aemif_setup_timing() which is not
accessible if kernel is built for another platform like Keystone.
The Keysone platform is going to use TI AEMIF driver.
If TI AEMIF is used we don't need to set timings and bus width.
It is done by AEMIF driver.
To get rid of davinci-nand driver dependency on aemif platform code
we moved aemif code to davinci platform.
The platform AEMIF code (aemif.c) has to be removed once Davinci
will be converted to DT and use ti-aemif.c driver.

This cleanup series gets rid of <mach/timex.h> for platforms not using
ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM. (For multi-platform code it's already unused since
387798b (ARM: initial multiplatform support).)
To make this work some code out of arch/arm needed to be adapted. The
respective changes got acks by their maintainers to be taken via armsoc
(with Andrew Morton substituting for Alessandro Zummo as rtc maintainer).
Compared to the previous pull request there was another patch added that
fixes a (non-critical) regression on ixp4xx. Olof Johansson asked to not
squash this fix into the original commit to save him from the need to
reverify the series.

This patch adds support for the ADAU1977, ADAU1978 and ADAU1979 audio CODEC
devices. They are a family of 4-channel differential input audio ADC devices.
They can be connected to either a SPI or I2C bus. The driver is implemented in
three modules, one main module (adau1977.ko) which implements the device logic
and one module each for SPI (adau1977-spi.ko) and I2C (adau1977-i2c.ko) bus
access.

private driver header and add DT support in the future.
