Ben Potter a4e9d42687 nook-adb: auto-recover from offline ADB state after sleep/wake ...

connect_device() and ensure_connected() now detect 'offline' status
and automatically perform a full reconnect cycle (kill-server, disconnect,
reconnect with delays). This eliminates the need to manually run raw adb
commands when the NOOK goes offline after sleep.

Updated AGENTS.md to reflect that nook-adb.sh handles this automatically.
