Brooke Kuhlmann 18e819fa20 Fixed extensions gallery index action failure with TRMNL API schema ...

Necessary to ensure, when the TRMNL API has invalid data, that we render errors. This provides a clear visual that something is wrong with the TRMNL API instead of causing the entire page to fail.

This also accounts for any situation in which the TRMNL API is competely unknown so we can handle that situation as well.
