Brooke Kuhlmann 6a4747f6f7 Fixed table header and description word breaks and form field width ...

For tables, this allows words to remain readable on smaller screens instead of splitting by character. For form fields, this allows each field to take up the width of the form. This is especially helpful when dealing with Code Mirror syntax highlighted text areas.
