Nick ExcellandBenjamin Nussbaum 5cc4074849 Added "merge_strategy" for webhooks, accepting "deep_merge" and "streams" as inputs. Also added GET route for webhooks to get the current value. 
Fixed issue with <code> formatting in recipe.blade.php.
