* Updating the test-snapd-cups-control-consumer snap to core20 based

This is needed to make the interfaces-cups-control work which is failing
with the error:

/var/snap/test-snapd-cups-control-consumer/current/test_file.txt
lpr: Error - scheduler not responding.

* Removing i386 of the execution list

* Updated comment to explain better why i386 is excluded
