Alfonso Sánchez-Beato d1cf5d5899 osutil: change kernel parsing in KernelCommandLineKeyValues 
Use now ParseKernelCommandline() instead of KernelCommandLineSplit(),
which follows more closely kernel conventions. With this change, the
function returns command line values also if emtpy (so "param" behaves
the same as "param=").
