John R. Lenton 76559741e1 cmd/snap: tweak and polish help strings
* make every short help be imperative

* make every long help be indicative and start with 'The foo command',
including hidden or internal ones as a user can still stumble upon
these (but not including debug commands).

* hide the --version and --help options all over the place (make
  manpage better)

* make the help spread test test every command
