libvirt interface to allow snaps to access libvirtd on a classic host.
...
This interface provides a plug for snaps to access the libvirt unix
socket on a classic Ubuntu host.
Useful applications include programs like virt-manager, uvt-kvm, as
well as vagrant and vagrant-based VM appliance demos.

interfaces: serial-port: udev slot definition

This modification to the serial interface would allow core or
gadget snaps to declare slots that allow access to either:
1) A fixed serial port device node e.g. /dev/ttyS1
2) The most recently attached serial device with USB VID & PID
matching the attributes usd-vendor & usb-product
