Add datadir for fish

Our build for packages has got following message:
[ 578s] snapd-2.54.1-5.1.x86_64.rpm: directories not owned by a package:
[ 578s] - /usr/share/fish
That is the reason to add a datadir (equal to zsh) to the spec file.

s390x is using apparmor and has got following error message:
AppArmor status: apparmor_parser not found
The package apparmor-parser has to be added as a BuildRequires.
