5fbae38ba5 Add new installer based on NullSoft NSIS. 
- Better support for options.
 - Good support for .NET via plugin
 - Brings the VC++ redist install forward as a user option.
 - Allows optional deletion of pGina config (resolves #172)

1b2ce53d09 Reorganize plugins into core/contrib. 
- Separate directories for core/contrib plugins.
  - Installer installs to separate directories within Plugins
  - PluginLoader loads plugins from plugin directory and subdirs.
