* state: remove apple-ib as a downstream Touch Bar driver

Touch Bar drivers (appletbdrm,hid-appletb-kb,hid-appletb-bl) were upstreamed in 6.15. Only apple-bce and a userspace daemon such as tiny-dfr are needed to use the Touch Bar on T2 macs.

Set upstream support to "Partial" and remove the link to apple-ib.

Redecorating 9296f46031 state: add detail to some points and some rewording 
Headphone control buttons seem to work consistently for me now that hid
no longer upsets apple-bce by sending debug configuration requests to
the touchbar.
