Chuck Lever 691b45ddbd SUNRPC: Remove rpc_wake_up_queued_task_on_wq() ...

Clean up: commit c544577dad ("SUNRPC: Clean up transport write
space handling") appears to have removed the last caller of
rpc_wake_up_queued_task_on_wq().
