 9b40a92fd7 chore(audit): remove unhooked src/yuzu and src/yuzu_cmd (#23) 
Delete the unused Qt/CLI trees (live frontends are src/suyu and
src/suyu_cmd). Retarget FindLLVM's Windows dummy source, Qt tooling
paths, CODEOWNERS, and REUSE UI globs onto the live suyu files.

Translation Scripts

  • qt-source.sh: Regenerate the English source file for Qt.
    • After doing this, ensure to tx push -s.
    • You must have lupdate in your PATH, e.g. export PATH="/usr/lib64/qt6/bin:$PATH" (requires qttools)
  • update-translations.sh: Update and commit translation files.
