suyu teamandClaude Opus 4.6 8d59505f2c fix: macOS build — metal-cpp cmake target, Metal enum, unused var 
- Add externals/metal-cpp/CMakeLists.txt (INTERFACE lib for Metal C++ headers)
- Wire metal-cpp into externals/CMakeLists.txt under if(APPLE)
- Add Metal to RendererBackend enum (used by suyu_cmd on Apple)
- Suppress unused 'props' warning on macOS in emu_window_sdl2_vk.cpp
