 		9b40a92fd7 chore(audit): remove unhooked src/yuzu and src/yuzu_cmd (#23) 
Delete the unused Qt/CLI trees (live frontends are src/suyu and
src/suyu_cmd). Retarget FindLLVM's Windows dummy source, Qt tooling
paths, CODEOWNERS, and REUSE UI globs onto the live suyu files.

suyu team 49f03ddb8f Merge Eden master (1cf29f7574) into suyu 
Squashed merge of Eden codebase. Original merge had Eden git history
which contained objects incompatible with this repo's remote.
