Fix compatibility bot token routing ( #96 )

Remove pr.sharpemu.app PR dashboard
...
Deletes the standalone Astro site in workers/pr-dashboard along with its
build script, deploy step, and README section. The Cloudflare Worker
sharpemu-pr-dashboard and its pr.sharpemu.app custom domain have been
deleted, so the deploy workflow must stop trying to publish it.
