This adds support for NTFS, exFAT, ext, split ISO and other features from prepISO 1.28
The file should be copied to /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/sys/prepNTFS.self
IMPORTANT: The file format is different to the format of .ntfs files used by webMAN MOD and may cause a crash to "Connect the controller using a USB cable, and then press PS button." screen if a game scanned with multiMAN is mounted by webMAN MOD and viceversa.
