EqUiNoX ccfaf89d22 flash: app-only image now targets ota_0 at 0x30000

The firmware coredump partition grew to 88 KB, moving ota_0 from 0x20000 to 0x30000. Update the app-only flash offset to match (as a named const with a note that it must track partitions.csv). The full merged-image path is unchanged -- it writes from 0x0 and the merged bin carries ota_0 at the right place. Devices still on the old table must be re-flashed with a full merged image.
