Jonathan Thomas fde27d52d3 Added support for Windows 64bit. Also fixed a few issues with signals, including adding a new StopSignal, which kills the video preview thread on exit... which seems to make the exit much cleaner. Adding support for Inno Setup installer (for 64bit Windows installer), which is much improved over the old MSI system. Also updating build server to support new installer.
