Persist feedback invitation and per-version update dismissals, keep voluntary feedback available through Help, and add F8/F9 shortcuts and launch previews. Include distribution provenance in survey links, copied version information, and launch logs.
Add regression coverage for detection, persistence, browser failures, notification ordering, and full application behavior across all three themes. Validation: 575 tests pass. Survey endpoint remains provisional pending website availability.
