* feat(ios): add debug bundle upload to Troubleshoot screen

* feat(ios): debug bundle upload + Troubleshoot UI

- Pass logFilePath through NewClient constructor so DebugBundle
  includes client.log/swift-log.log for both app and MGM-triggered requests
- Wire cacheDir into all NewClient call sites
- Remove setLogPath calls (path now set at construction time)
- Fix cache directory creation fallback on error
- ci: support fork netbird-ref for framework build override
