Tamir Duberstein 10930b0f8c Remove waiter.Entry.Context
This field is redundant since state can be stored in the callback.

Rahat Mahmood 93dd471461 Enable automated marshalling for epoll events.
Ensure we use the correct architecture-specific defintion of epoll
event, and use go-marshal for serialization.

Bhasker Hariharan e9e399c25d Remove workMu from tcpip.Endpoint.
workMu is removed and e.mu is now a mutex that supports TryLock. The packet
processing path tries to lock the mutex and if its locked it will just queue the
packet and move on. The endpoint.UnlockUser() will process any backlog of
packets before unlocking the socket.

This simplifies the locking inside tcp endpoints a lot. Further the
endpoint.LockUser() implements spinning as long as the lock is not held by
another syscall goroutine. This ensures low latency as not spinning leads to the
task thread being put to sleep if the lock is held by the packet dispatch
path. This is suboptimal as the lower layer rarely holds the lock for long so
implementing spinning here helps.

If the lock is held by another task goroutine then we just proceed to call
LockUser() and the task could be put to sleep.

The protocol goroutines themselves just call e.mu.Lock() and block if the
lock is currently not available.

Tamir Duberstein 6fa5cee82c Prevent memory leaks in ilist
When list elements are removed from a list but not discarded, it becomes
important to invalidate the references they hold to their former
neighbors to prevent memory leaks.

Adin Scannell 0e2f1b7abd Update package locations.
Because the abi will depend on the core types for marshalling (usermem,
context, safemem, safecopy), these need to be flattened from the sentry
directory. These packages contain no sentry-specific details.

Nicolas Lacasse 3db317390b Remove epoll entry from map when dropping it.
This pattern (delete from map when dropping) is also used in epoll.RemoveEntry,
and seems like generally a good idea.

Ian Gudger 27500d529f New sync package.
* Rename syncutil to sync.
* Add aliases to sync types.
* Replace existing usage of standard library sync package.

This will make it easier to swap out synchronization primitives. For example,
this will allow us to use primitives from github.com/sasha-s/go-deadlock to
check for lock ordering violations.

Adin Scannell 753da9604e Remove map from fd_map, change to fd_table.
This renames FDMap to FDTable and drops the kernel.FD type, which had an entire
package to itself and didn't serve much use (it was freely cast between types,
and served as more of an annoyance than providing any protection.)

Based on BenchmarkFDLookupAndDecRef-12, we can expect 5-10 ns per lookup
operation, and 10-15 ns per concurrent lookup operation of savings.

This also fixes two tangential usage issues with the FDMap. Namely, non-atomic
use of NewFDFrom and associated calls to Remove (that are both racy and fail to
drop the reference on the underlying file.)

Yong He 7398f013f0 Drop one dirent reference after referenced by file
When pipe is created, a dirent of pipe will be
created and its initial reference is set as 0.
Cause all dirent will only be destroyed when
the reference decreased to -1, so there is already
a 'initial reference' of dirent after it created.
For destroying dirent after all reference released,
the correct way is to drop the 'initial reference'
once someone hold a reference to the dirent, such
as fs.NewFile, otherwise the reference of dirent
will stay 0 all the time, and will cause memory
leak of dirent.
Except pipe, timerfd/eventfd/epoll has the same
problem

Here is a simple case to create memory leak of dirent
for pipe/timerfd/eventfd/epoll in C langange, after
run the case, pprof the runsc process, you will
find lots dirents of pipe/timerfd/eventfd/epoll not
freed:

int main(int argc, char *argv[])
{
	int i;
	int n;
	int pipefd[2];

	if (argc != 3) {
		printf("Usage: %s epoll|timerfd|eventfd|pipe <iterations>\n", argv[0]);
	}

	n = strtol(argv[2], NULL, 10);

	if (strcmp(argv[1], "epoll") == 0) {
		for (i = 0; i < n; ++i)
			close(epoll_create(1));
	} else if (strcmp(argv[1], "timerfd") == 0) {
		for (i = 0; i < n; ++i)
			close(timerfd_create(CLOCK_REALTIME, 0));
	} else if (strcmp(argv[1], "eventfd") == 0) {
		for (i = 0; i < n; ++i)
			close(eventfd(0, 0));
	} else if (strcmp(argv[1], "pipe") == 0) {
		for (i = 0; i < n; ++i)
			if (pipe(pipefd) == 0) {
				close(pipefd[0]);
				close(pipefd[1]);
			}
	}

	printf("%s %s test finished\r\n",argv[1],argv[2]);
	return 0;
}

Adin Scannell 9cdae51fec Add basic plumbing for splice and stub implementation.
This does not actually implement an efficient splice or sendfile. Rather, it
adds a generic plumbing to the file internals so that this can be added. All
file implementations use the stub fileutil.NoSplice implementation, which
causes sendfile and splice to fall back to an internal copy.

A basic splice system call interface is added, along with a test.
