Eng Zer Jun f0186ff265 refactor: move from io/ioutil to io and os package
The io/ioutil package has been deprecated as of Go 1.16, see
https://golang.org/doc/go1.16#ioutil. This commit replaces the existing
io/ioutil functions with their new definitions in io and os packages.

tan 8613c78863 update LinkedIn connector to use v2 APIs
This updates LinkedIn connector to use the more recent v2 APIs. Necessary because v1 APIs are not able to retrieve email ids any more with the default permissions.

The API URLs are now different. Fetching the email address is now a separate call, made after fetching the profile details. The `r_basicprofile` permission is not needed any more, and `r_liteprofile` (which seems to be the one assigned by default) is sufficient.

The relevant API specifications are at:
- https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/shared/integrations/people/primary-contact-api

Pavel Borzenkov 3b5df52c0f connector/linkedin: implement RefreshConnector interface
Do Refresh() by querying user's profile data.

Since LinkedIn doesn't provide refresh tokens at all, and the access
tokens have 60 days expiration, refresh tokens issued by Dex will fail
to update after 60 days.

Pavel Borzenkov ab06119431 connector: implement LinkedIn connector
connector/linkedin implements authorization strategy via LinkedIn's
OAuth2 endpoint + profile API.

It doesn't implement RefreshConnector as LinkedIn doesn't provide any
refresh token at all (https://developer.linkedin.com/docs/oauth2, Step 5
— Refresh your Access Tokens) and recommends ordinary AuthCode exchange
flow when token refresh is required.
