* Adjust MASTER_SITES to allow a complete distname and follow suit
  of other ports in tree that are hosted on Sourcehut.
  This also allows for reduction of variables set in port Makefile
* Improve usage of Ports framework
* Enable verbose build output
* Respect framework CFLAGS and other variables
