The <see cref="P:System.Web.Services.Discovery.SoapBinding.Address" /> property specifies the URL of the XML Web service and the <see cref="P:System.Web.Services.Discovery.SoapBinding.Binding" /> property specifies the SOAP binding implemented by that XML Web service.</para>
