Ryan Carsten Schmidt 17bce322b4 s3cmd: Once again install files other than manpage 
Install the manpage after the destroot phase, rather than replacing the
destroot phase, so that files other than the manpage are once again
installed. Also remove setting worksrcdir to the default value.
