Blair Zajac f9ee8f3341 Revert "srm: add 3-pass DoD 5220.22-M." 
This reverts commit de2bfa3b0b.

This was a local patch I had and accidentally committed it, so revert
it. Bump the revision as the bad commit bumped it so new builds will
be made.
