Tim Hentenaar 32e4040887 alliance: change openmotif to motif and bump revision 
* Add -std=c99 to allow building with newer versions of clang
* Add a patch to fix compilation (missing includes/prototypes, etc.)
* These changes should resolve the following tickets:

  - https://trac.macports.org/ticket/72250
* Fix port linting nits
