Marcus Calhoun-Lopez 88b81f7999 dmd family: fix makefile variables 
Set CC flag (UsingTheRightCompiler).
Do not set MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET in makefiles.
Append to CFLAGS instead of replacing.
