Paul Guyot a776172ef6 ocaml: update to 5.5.0; cascade ecosystem updates 
Version updates required for 5.5:
- ocaml-merlin to 5.8-505
- ocaml-camlp4 to 5.5+1
- ocaml-js_of_ocaml to 6.4.0
- ocaml-batteries to 3.11.0

Removed ocaml-ppx_tools which is dead upstream and superseded by ppxlib.

opam: fix dune bootstrap of AVX-512 asm with older Xcode
wyrd: mark known_fail (abandoned upstream, incompatible with OCaml 5)

i386/ppc/ppc64 support is completely untested

BjarneDM 782c57544e mariadb-devel: new Port @13.0.1 
This is the devevloper version, Thus, it is only recommended for testing and bug-hunting.
The mariadb-dev Port will be based upon the latest available <major>.\[012\].<patch> .
This will only be updated with compile breaking patches.

Mark Mentovai 57d7db5c01 gdal: bump dependents’ revisions for update to 3.13.0 
libgdal.dylib’s install_name is changing from libgdal.38.dylib to
libgdal.39.dylib in this update.
