tokens at end of #ifdef.

Joshua Root 640b7e0aa8 clang-3.4 and deps: allow bootstrapping libcxx on 10.6 
This involves non-conflicting subports that use libstdc++ for ports
that use a C++ stdlib and their dependents, and clearing
configure.cxx_stdlib for the ports that don't use a C++ stdlib so that
a macports-clang compiler won't be used.

Ryan Schmidt c46fa44f9b libkml: Update to 1.3.0 
This is a fork of Google libkml which is trying to stay compatible with
it. Google has stopped developing libkml and has stopped responding to
bug reports and pull requests for it.

Ryan Schmidt 92a5ffd5d6 libkml: conflicts with minizip 
libkml builds and installs a copy of minizip that conflicts with the
MacPorts copy.

Also modernise checksums and add GitHub handle to maintainers.
