Ken c387a038ff pan2: remove SSL certificate override 
the SSL certificate has not actually expired.

the Mojave system I was using to develop this port now needs to use the macports curl /opt/bootstrap workaround to allow downloading however

Ken b89316123a pan2: reference upstream libiconv linking issue 
perhaps this will be fixed in the future with the patch I sent them, and we will no longer need to manually add this library
