Christopher Chavez 7c7f3c2bf6 multiple ports: url fixes for Thomas E. Dickey's sites 
for domains invisible-island.net and invisible-mirror.net
- omit "www" (match site owner's usage)
- use https instead of http
- add non-ftp (https) to master_sites
- fix broken ftp links (some were already fixed in
